On December 9, 2020, Mr. Phan Minh Dung - Dien Ban District Party Committee Permanent Secretary Deputy, leaded a delegation of Dien Ban Town, visited and gave presents to Tay Giang district - the place has suffered a lot of damages caused by storms and floods recently. Attending with the delegation, there were Mr. Tran Uc - Deputy of Dien Ban Town Party Committee, Chairman of The People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Minh Hieu – Vice Chairman of The People's Committee of Dien Ban Town.

At the visit, on behalf of Dien Ban Town People’s Council, People's Committee, Mr. Phan Minh Dung – Permanent Secretary Deputy of the Party Committee kindly visited, encouraged and shared with Tay Giang district’s difficulties and damages caused by the storm and flood occurred in this area, hoped Tay Giang district government and people could overcome these difficulties as soon as possiple, overcame the consequences of natural disasters, stabilized the life. On behalf of Dien Ban’s goverment and people, Mr. Phan Minh Dung awarded Tay Giang district 300 million VND to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. Besides, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hieu awarded 50 million VND to Tay Giang district giving to 50 families in need.

To express the gratitude to the love, attention and support of Dien Ban government and people, Mr. Bhling Mia – Party Committee Secretary; Chairman of Tay Giang District People's Council affirmed that the timely support of Dien Ban government and people was a great encouragement to help Tay Giang district overcoming difficulties and early remedy damages left by natural disasters. On this occasion, the delegation also visited and gave gifts at Vo Chi Cong High School.At the same day, the Dien Ban town's leaders also visited and gave 200 milion VND for Dong Giang district (a twinned district with Dien Ban dictrict) to help people overcoming consequences of storm and flood last time.
